Mergent Archives: Historical Industry Rpts AND First Research Historical Rpts
Access an indexed collection of corporate and industry related documents. Historical content includes Mergent's collection of digitized corporate (Moody’s) manuals, municipal & government manuals, annual reports, industry reports, and Ford Equity Research Reports, as well as the Key Business Ratios, country reports, Million Dollar Directory Index, Hoover's Handbooks, commodity yearbooks, and First Research industry research reports.
Political Science Complete
Citations, abstracts, and indexing of the international journal literature in political science and related fields, including international relations, law, and public administration/policy. Database also provides access to full-text reference works, and conference papers, including those of the International Political Science Association.
Race Relations Abstracts
Resource provides content relating specifically to the relationship between races. Abstracts cover areas relevant to race relations; subjects include ethnic studies, discrimination, immigration studies, and others related to the discipline.
SocINDEX
Database offers a broad coverage of sociology, encompassing all sub-disciplines and closely related areas of study. It provides access to journals, books, dissertations, reports, conference proceedings, and author profiles. Subjects include abortion, criminology and criminal justice, ethnic & racial studies, gender studies, political sociology, religion, social work, sociological research and theory.

Database contains over 36,500 binary and ternary alloy phase diagrams, each with their associated crystal and reaction data. Also includes all inorganic systems.
ASM Corrosion Analysis Network
Database is a source for researching, understanding, preventing and solving corrosion-related problems. Updated regularly, the Corrosion Analysis Network provides access to more than 20,000 documents, sourced from conference proceedings, journals, technical publications, data books, and standards.
Films on Demand: World Cinema Video Collection
Collection offers feature films from renowned directors across the globe, including films from the silent era, international directors, American and European masterworks from the mid-20th century, and award-winning contemporary films featured by Global Lens.
International Encyclopedia of the Social & Behavioral Sciences (Second Edition)
IESBS offers foundational, interdisciplinary knowledge across a wide range of behavioral and social sciences fields. The disciplines covered include: anthropology, economics, political science, psychology, and sociology. Entries include discussion of history, current trends, and research in these fields.
Sabin Americana, 1500-1926
Based on Joseph Sabin's landmark bibliography, this collection of primary sources contains works about the Americas published throughout the world from 1500 to the early 1900's. Included are books, pamphlets, serials, and other documents that provide original accounts of exploration, trade, colonialism, slavery and abolition, the western movement, Native Americans, military actions, and religious history. Political and religious life in North America, as well as South America and the Caribbean are included. Features American and European views of the colonization of the Americas, the American Revolution, the days of the early Republic and Jacksonian period, the antebellum period, Civil War, era of Reconstruction and post-Reconstruction, the settlement of the West and the onset of the Gilded Age.

Politics in America 2014 profiles the 535 members of the 113th Congress plus the six delegates, and offers biographical information, election data, analysis of legislative agendas, discussion of political ambitions, and assessment of reputations of members at home and on Capitol Hill. Statistical state and district information, and also includes partisan caucuses, standing committees and other biographical facts.
Cross-National Time-Series Data Archive
The Cross-National Time-Series Data Archive offers a listing of international and national country-data facts. The database contains statistical information on a range of countries, with data entries ranging from 1815 to the present. General categories include demographic, social, political, and economic topics. For additional assistance, please contact the Libraries' Data Services.

New titles in professional reference collection of curriculum-oriented learning resources built for use in classroom as an alternative to textbooks. Subject areas include Engineering –Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil and Environmental, as well as Material Science. Collection has no Digital Rights Management (DRM), no limitations on simultaneous usage, and no restrictions on printing or downloading.

Online statistics portal, integrates more than 80,000 diverse topics of data and facts from over 18,000 international sources onto a single platform. Data and studies gathered by market researchers, trade organizations, scientific publications, and government sources on over 600 industries, including marketing, finance, energy & environmental services, international sources, and government agencies. Graphs, dossier reports and infographics easily exported, as well as raw data permitting integration with additional datasets.

National Citizen and Ballot Box: 1876-1881
Digitized journals, once published monthly by the U.S. National Woman Suffrage Association. Includes profiles of prominent women in history, issues concerning separation of church and state, and advocacy for voting rights. -
The Lily: A Temperance and Abolitionist Newspaper: 1849-1856
First US newspaper for women, originally started with home delivery for the Seneca Falls Ladies Temperance Society in New York. At first not viewed as a radical paper, because abstinence from alcohol conformed to stereotype of women as “defenders of the home”; subject coverage grew to include women’s health, education, public policy, laws affecting women, and fashion, appealing to a national circulation. -
The Revolution
Weekly women’s rights newspaper published in the U.S.; served as the official publication of the National Woman Suffrage Association, formed by feminists Elizabeth Cady Stanton and Susan B. Anthony. Not only influential in national women’s rights, but incorporated subjects excluded from mainstream publications of the time including sex education, rape, domestic violence, divorce, prostitution, reproductive rights, as well as employment unionization and discrimination. 1868-1872. -
The Civil War: Part VI: Northeast Regimental Histories
Primary source documents include court martials, promotions, casualty statistics, transportation, photos, maps and additional illustrations. 1861- 1865.

Provides a wide variety of original source material detailing China’s interaction with the West, beginning with Macartney’s first Embassy to China in 1793, and relating to the activities and observations of British and American diplomats, missionaries, business people and tourists in China between 1793 and 1980. Includes rare periodicals, color paintings, maps, photographs and drawings. -
Popular Culture in Britain and America, 1950-1975
Covers a wide range of subjects and themes, from Art and Architecture to Youth Culture. Source material includes: manuscripts and typescripts; printed materials (newspapers, magazines, press kits, artist’s files); video clips; visual images (photographs, advertisements, memorabilia); ephemera (pamphlets, leaflets, posters, pins, artifacts); fanzines, underground press, scripts; and government files. -
Virginia Company Archives
Collection of the Ferrar Papers, 1590-1790, from Magdalene College, Cambridge; is an essential source for the study of the Atlantic World and Early Colonial Period. Documents the founding and economic development of Virginia as seen through the papers of the Virginia Company of London, 1606-1624; the continuing interest of the Ferrar family in the settlement of North America from Jamestown to the Bermudas; trade between Britain and America; the ethnic and gender composition of early Virginia; and tensions among the colonists and of early relations with Native Americans. It is also a crucial source for London's economic history in the Early Modern era, and will be of interest to social and religious historians.

A collection of primary source materials providing insight into women’s social movements around the world. Content includes conference proceedings, reports of international women's organizations, essays, diaries, letters, and memoirs of international women activists dating as far back as the middle nineteenth century.
World Religion Database
This resource contains detailed statistics on religious affiliation for every country of the world. It provides source material, including censuses and surveys, as well as data projections, for every religion, to offer a definitive picture of international religious demography. It also links to the Global Religion and Migration database.

Classical Scores Library: Volume III
